Slip/Drive and TDF/TDC Notching:
Includes two (2) combination “V” dies, (2) combination “Lock” dies. (Capacity for S & D and TDF/TDC/FDC)
Computer controlled notching allows infinite notching lengths.

QUOTATION:
The quotation is valid for 30 days from the above date. The customer is required to supply a suitable site and electrical power.

TERMS:
20% with order, 70% at shipment, 10% at turnover. Price & specifications are subject to change without notice. Advance Cutting Systems’ ‘Terms and Conditions of Sale’ on page 4 are a part of this quotation.

LEASING:
The payment terms listed above are required by the manufacturer and apply to all orders even if a lease company handles them. If you intend to lease please inform the leasing company of these terms. If your leasing company cannot comply with these terms then ACS will not be able to accept the order. ACS works with 2 very competitive leasing companies who honor these terms and will be happy to provide their names upon request.

FOB:
All machines are shipped freight collect. The customer is responsible for paying the truck driver for incoming freight at the time of delivery. Duct Cutter II ships from Arcade, NY and the AutoFold ships from Baltimore, Md or Pelham, Al

TAXES:
Federal, State, County and City Tax are not included. The customer is responsible for paying all taxes.
Typographical, clerical & errors of omission are subject to correction. Advance Machinery, Inc./Advance Cutting Systems will not be responsible, in any way, for damage, injury, death, lost profits, down time or any other claims.
